Privacy notice
How LaMotheo Solution (Pty) Ltd handles the personal information you give us through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
Only what a request needs:
- Training bookings — your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company and any note you add.
- Enquiries — the same contact details plus your message.
- Technical — the IP address a submission came from, kept as a record against abuse of the forms.
This site sets one cookie, used to keep your form session valid and to protect submissions. It carries no advertising or tracking identifiers.
Why we hold it
To run the class you booked, to send your confirmation and joining details, to manage the waiting list, to issue an invoice where a fee applies, and to reply to your enquiry. We do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside our business, except the service providers that make the site work — our hosting provider and our email provider — and only to the extent their systems must process it. We do not sell or share personal information.
How long we keep it
Booking and enquiry records are kept for five years, which is the retention period applicable to our tax and accounting records. After that they are deleted. You may ask us to delete anything not required by law at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Email info@lamotheo.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
